Should you wish to let your property, Makana Property Management can look after all aspects of its management, including finding and verifying tenants, drafting the tenancy agreement and checking the inventory, collecting deposits and rents, supervising cleaning and minor repairs, and ensuring that buildings and contents insurance and other financial liabilities are kept up to date.

Fees for this service are variable, dependant on the services required, although the maximum monthly fee is 10% of the monthly rent.
